Description
The semi-rigid construction of Chatterblock® is specifically formulated with a high density of at least 18kg/m3, giving a high flow resistance suitable for a wide range of specialised sound control.
Chatterblock® is locally manufactured from sheep wool from Canterbury farms and is safe to handle and easy to friction fit install, providing a solution that meets modern acoustic and environmental compliance standards.

Residential
CHATTERBLOCK® can be used as a residential acoustic insulation system for intertenancy walls and floors, internal walls between living areas, bedrooms and midfloor. It also provides excellent thermal performance.
Commercial
Aimed at commercial, hospitality, education & health sectors, CHATTERBLOCK® can be used for ceilings, suspended ceilings, partition walls and baffles, walls and interfloors. It also performs as a sound absorber behind perforated ceiling systems.
CHATTERBLOCK® provides the ideal solution for soundproofing in commercial settings.
The Tuhiraki AgResearch facility project at Lincoln University uses CHATTERBLOCK® wall and ceiling insulation extensively throughout.
